Porn Actress Arrested in Oklahoma

A porn movie actress is in custody in Oklahoma for the alleged sexual assault.
A porn actress Genevieve Elise Silva, 20, was arrested in Oklahoma on child rape charges. She accused of engaging a 15-year-old De Anza High School student with sex and drugs last summer. The boy said he and Silva frequently had sex while under the influence of ecstasy, amphetamine and marijuana, which Silva supplied.
“Because his victimization involved sex, drugs and rock ‘n’ roll, people have varying opinions about how seriously this child was victimized,” Richmond Lt. Mark Gagan said. “This is a 15-year-old who has lost 40 pounds and spent Christmas at a drug rehabilitation center far from his family. This is not what we want for our teenagers.”
Silva remained in jail in Kiowa County, Oklahoma, on Thursday in lieu of $10,000 bail and was fighting extradition back to California, said Richmond police Sgt. Mitch Peixoto. Her next hearing was set for January 3.
Porn star was arrested at her mother’s house in Roosevelt, Oklahoma. She’s been charged with rape using a controlled substance, statutory rape and detaining or concealing a child.
During the investigation, police said they found porn pictures of Silva on a Web site that included advertisements for several XXX videos. Police learned that Silva had performed in X-rated movies “Dirty Debutantes,” “Legal At Last” and “Limelight Girls.”
